This site and the business carried on through it belong to a sole trader (autónomo) who contracts in his own name under the trading name “ImpriForge”. “ImpriForge” is a trading name, not a company.

What this site is for

Through this site we offer on-demand 3D printing, 3D modelling to order, and the sale of printed items and electronics. The terms that govern a purchase are in the sale conditions, linked below.

Terms of use

Access to this site is free of charge. By using it you agree to do so lawfully, not to use it for unlawful purposes, and not to send us files you do not hold sufficient rights to have manufactured.

To place an order you must be of legal age and have capacity to contract.

Intellectual and industrial property

The text, design and our own images on this site belong to its owner. You may view and print them for personal use, but not reproduce them commercially without permission.

Where we offer to print a third party's model, the authorship and licence of that model belong to its author: the listing says who made it and under which licence it is offered. By sending us a file to print you confirm you have the right to have it manufactured.

Liability

We aim to keep the information here accurate and current. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will correct it. We are not liable for interruptions of service outside our control.

Governing law
