Sale conditions

The seller is a sole trader (autónomo) contracting in his own name under the trading name “ImpriForge”.

We sell 3D-printed parts — both from our catalogue and made from a file you send us — 3D modelling to order, and electronics. What each product is is described on its listing and, for on-demand printing, in the quote you see before paying.

On-demand printing is manufacture to your specification: you choose the material, colour, scale and quantity, and the part is made specifically for you.

Prices are shown in euros. The price of an on-demand print is calculated by the site from the volume of the part, the material and the quantity, and is shown to you before you confirm the order.

Print preparation is charged once per model, not per copy: if you order several units of the same part, preparation is charged a single time. The amount depends on the material and is itemised in the basket.

The total price of your order, including any shipping cost, is always shown before you confirm payment.

All prices on the site are in euros and include the applicable VAT: the figure shown is the figure you pay, with no tax added afterwards. Shipping is calculated separately by destination and added to that total, which is the final amount with taxes included.

You add items to the basket, give a delivery address or choose collection, check the total and confirm. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed.

You can pay by card or with PayPal, without creating any account. Payment is processed by the relevant provider; we do not store your card details.

If you choose collection, you may also pay when you pick the order up, provided it comes to less than 20,00 €. Above that amount payment is made on the site.

Once payment is confirmed you will receive an email with the details of your order and the expected lead time.

We make your order in 4–7 working days depending on the material, or up to 10 if the colour you choose has to be ordered from the supplier. Once the part is printed, the carrier takes 24–72 h within Spain. The total is the sum of the two: the “24–72 h” you see on the site is the transport, not the total.

The exact lead time for your order depends on the material and the colour, is shown in the basket before you pay, and is repeated in the confirmation email. You will get tracking by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

We ship with Correos Express within Spain and to the rest of the European Union. At checkout we look up the rates for your address and you choose the carrier: you pay for the one you pick. These are the base rates, which apply when we cannot offer you that choice:

• Spain, orders below 50 €: 5,88 € shipping with Correos Express.
• Spain, orders from 50 € upwards: free shipping.
• Rest of the European Union: 20,00 € per order, whatever the amount. There is no free shipping here.
• Collection in person: 0 €. You collect the order at Av. Nord 19, 46220 Picassent (Valencia), open 12:00–22:00. It is the cheapest option and is available for any amount.

We do not ship to Canarias, Ceuta, and Melilla. If your postcode is in one of those areas the order stops when you enter the address, before payment.

Power banks travel within Spain only, whatever the amount, because they contain lithium cells. A basket containing a power bank cannot be completed with an address outside Spain, even if it also contains printed parts.

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason.

That right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, under article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. A print made from a file, material, colour, scale or quantity you chose falls under that exception; catalogue items sold as they are do not.

How to return an order, deadlines and the withdrawal form

The products we sell carry the legal guarantee of conformity under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007: you have three years from delivery to claim for a lack of conformity. If what you receive does not match what you ordered or is faulty, write to us and we will put it right.

You can send any complaint to impriforge@gmail.com. We will reply in writing by the same means as soon as we can.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer protection and Law 34/2002 on information society services. Any dispute falls to the courts designated by the applicable consumer legislation, which for consumers is generally the court of their place of residence.
