Cancellations and returns

You can cancel free of charge for as long as printing has not started. Write to us as soon as you can and we will stop the order.

Once printing has started the order can no longer be cancelled or returned: the item is made to your own specification and is therefore outside the right of withdrawal (art. 103.c, Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

For catalogue products — ready-made models and electronics — you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason.

The product must come back in its original condition. Return postage is paid by the buyer.

If the file is not printable, the material is out of stock or we cannot meet the deadline, we cancel the order ourselves and refund 100 %, shipping included.

If the item arrives faulty or damaged, we reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer. We pay the return postage.

We refund within 3–5 working days of confirming the return, to the same payment method you used.
