Shipping & delivery

We ship with Correos Express to Spain and to the rest of the European Union. The terms depend on the destination; these are the ones that apply to every order in the shop.

How much does shipping cost?

At checkout we ask carriers for a price for your address and you pick one: you pay the price of the carrier you chose. The rates below are the base ones, charged when we cannot offer you that choice.

The 50 € threshold applies to deliveries within Spain only, and is measured on the value of the goods, before shipping is added. As soon as you pick a delivery country you will see the exact amount in the order summary, always before you pay.

How long does an order take to arrive?

We make your order in 4–7 working days depending on the material, or up to 10 if the colour you pick has to be ordered in. Once it is printed the carrier takes 24–72 h within Spain. The “24–72 h” you see across the site is that transit, not the total.

The exact time for your order depends on the material and the colour, and we show it in the cart before you pay; the same figure goes into the confirmation email. You get tracking by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to mainland Spain, to the Balearic Islands, and to the European Union countries listed in the delivery form.

We do not ship to Canarias, Ceuta, and Melilla. They sit outside the European Union customs territory and every parcel needs a customs declaration we cannot take on today. If your postcode is in one of those areas, the order stops when you enter the address, before you pay.

Power banks travel within Spain only, whatever the amount: they carry lithium cells. A cart containing a power bank cannot be completed with an address outside Spain, not even if it also holds printed parts.
